Directions
Kidney-Bladder Tonic Ingredients – Shake lightly. 60 drops or 2 dropperfuls taken in 2 ounces of water or your favorite juice 2 to 4 times a day, as needed. Swish in mouth for 15 to 30 seconds and then swallow. Drink 48 oz. of pure water each day of use.
Detox Tonic Ingredients – Shake lightly. 60 drops or 2 dropperfuls taken in 2 ounces of water or your favorite juice 2 to 4 times a day, as needed. Swish in mouth for 15 to 30 seconds and then swallow. Drinking 64 to 128 oz. of water or juice each day of use is advised.
Kidney-Bladder Tea Ingredients – Drink 2 cups per day or as needed. Soak 2 tablespoons of herbs in 20 ounces of purified water overnight. The next day, bring entire mixture to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain tea. Best when consumed warm. Herbs can be re-used up to 3 days by adding 1 tablespoon of new herbs to the drained, previously used herbs. Soak overnight in 20 ounces of purified water and repeat the rest of the procedure. While taking, ensure you are eliminating properly and drink plenty of water to help flush toxins from your system.
